The service
Cardboard Capital helps you track Pokémon trading-card prices, catalog your collection, and read AI-generated market analysis. You need an account to use it. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
Not financial advice
Prices, trends, insights, and analysis in the Service are informational and AI-generated from public trading-card data. They are estimates, may be inaccurate or delayed, and are not investment, financial, or trading advice. Collectible values are volatile. Decisions you make based on the Service are your own, and we are not liable for them.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service.
- Don’t use it for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others’ rights.
- Don’t attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
Content and ownership
The Service, its software, and its design are owned by Cardboard Capital. Pokémon and related names and images are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Wizards of the Coast. Card data and imagery derive from public datasets. Your collection data remains yours.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cardboard Capital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
